Huw and Renee Jones operated award winning Merimbula restaurant, Zanzibar Cafe, for 5 years.

 

During this time the restaurant was awarded a Good Food Guide 'Chef's Hat' in 2014 & 2015, gathering up 2 Chef's Hats in 2016, followed by another win in 2017.

Zanzibar was also included in the Financial reviews "Top 100 Restaurants" in 2016.

After operating several successful pop-up's, notably at Pambula's Historic Grange, Huw and Renee found the perfect home for their elegant cuisine, purchasing Pambula's Old Bank, a heritage listed building, in December 2018.
