Huw and Renee Jones first south coast venture was award-winning Merimbula restaurant 'Zanzibar Cafe'.
During this time the pair were awarded a Good Food Guide 'Chef's Hat' in 2014 & 2015, gathering up a further 2 Chef's Hats in 2016, followed by another win in 2017.

Zanzibar was also included in the Financial reviews "Top 100 Restaurants" in 2016.

Following with several successful pop-up's, notably at Pambula's Historic Grange, Huw and Renee found the perfect home for their elegant cuisine, purchasing Pambula's Old Bank, a heritage listed building, in December 2018.

With a dedicated following of both visitors to the region and locals, the pair continue to quietly and consistently gather accolades in the Good Food Guide and various media outlets.

When not wowing diners with their thoughtful touches and dedication to fine food and service, Huw and Renee are kept busy with their two young boys and enjoy the laidback coastal lifestyle as part of the vibrant Pambula community.
